These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between reMovalist Near mE ("reMovalist Near mE", "We", "Us") and you ("Registered User", "User"). By registering or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

Purpose of "reMovalist Near mE"

"reMovalist Near mE" is an online platform designed to connect customers seeking moving services ("Service Customers") with businesses offering such services ("Business Service Providers" or "Providers"). We act only as an intermediary to facilitate information exchange between parties. Any service agreements entered into are solely between the Service Customer and Provider, and "reMovalist Near mE" is not a party to these agreements.

Registration & Account Use

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

You may only create one active business account and must provide accurate, up-to-date, and verifiable information.

Account sharing, selling, or transferring to another business is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under your account.

"reMovalist Near mE" reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms.

Code of Conduct

When using our platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information and genuine quotes based on the job details provided.

Not post fictitious or misleading jobs, quotes, or reviews.

Treat customer data as private and confidential – it may not be sold, shared, or used for unauthorized purposes.

Conduct all interactions professionally, courteously, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Avoid using the platform for fraudulent activities, reverse engineering, spamming, or promoting illegal content.

"reMovalist Near mE" may monitor activity and reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts where misuse or misconduct is identified.

Subscription & Fees

Basic registration is free, but Providers may access additional features via paid subscription plans.

Paid plans may include access to more job leads, credits to submit quotes, or other premium features.

Subscription fees, credit purchases, and any related charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled at least three (3) days prior to the renewal date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled by submitting a written request or via the account dashboard no less than three (3) days before the renewal date.

Month-to-month subscriptions are non-refundable.

Longer-term plans may be eligible for a partial refund, less applicable penalty fees and administrative charges.

Unused credits at the time of cancellation will expire and are non-transferable.

Limitation of Liability

"reMovalist Near mE" is not responsible for the quality, completion, or legality of services provided by Business Service Providers or the accuracy of information submitted by Service Customers.

We do not guarantee job availability, customer engagement, or earnings for Providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or business dealings with other users.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and proprietary materials on the website remain the property of "reMovalist Near mE". Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Reviews & Feedback

"reMovalist Near mE" allows Service Customers to post reviews and feedback about Providers. Providers may respond but must do so respectfully. Reviews must be fair, genuine, and non-defamatory. We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate these standards.

Privacy & Data Protection

By using the platform, you agree that "reMovalist Near mE" may collect, store, and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting user data and ensuring it is used only for legitimate business purposes.

Updates to Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
